Daniel Scarpinato is a skilled communications professional and strategist who has worked at the highest levels of government and politics.

Daniel began his career as a newspaper reporter and editor before making the leap to politics and cutting his teeth on some of the most competitive races in the country.

In 2011, Daniel joined the staff of the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), where he eventually served as the committee's National Press Secretary. Daniel worked closely with candidates and strategists across the country to develop messaging and communications strategies that helped the party win key congressional races.

After several years at the NRCC, Daniel returned to his home state of Arizona to serve as the Communications Director, and later as Chief of Staff, for Governor Doug Ducey. In this role, he helped the Governor navigate a range of complex policy issues, including education reform, tax policy, and border security.

Throughout his career, Daniel has been recognized as a skilled communicator and strategist who is able to develop and execute effective messaging and outreach campaigns. He is widely respected by his colleagues and peers for his integrity and work ethic, and is widely regarded as a trusted advisor on communications, strategy, and public affairs.

Carmen Voss brings a disciplined, solutions-driven mindset to Winged Victory, where she operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and organizational leadership. In her role as Communications & Operations Manager, she is instrumental in advancing complex campaigns, managing dynamic media environments, and ensuring the seamless functioning of day-to-day operations.

With a background in public affairs and executive coordination, Carmen is known for translating big-picture strategy into actionable plans and driving them forward with precision. Her work enhances messaging consistency, strengthens brand positioning, and creates the operational infrastructure needed for clients and internal teams to succeed.

Carmen's contributions are both strategic and structural as she develops and refines messaging frameworks, steers internal logistics, and ensures that timelines, deliverables, and communications align with mission-critical objectives. Her attention to detail and command of process make her indispensable in fast-paced, high-impact environments.

Carmen earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Arizona State University.

Clay Robinson brings a uniquely operational approach to the Winged Victory team. With a background that spans political communications, high-stakes campaign environments, and joint military experience overseas, he helps Winged Victory clients cut through complexity, sharpen their message, and execute with precision.

Clay's work blends two strengths that are rarely found together: strategic communication and organizational discipline. In Arizona's political arena, he has helped elect leaders at every level of government and supported efforts that shaped public policy.

His messaging and branding strategies have elevated client visibility, shaped media narratives, and positioned candidates and coalitions for success in a fast-moving and often hostile information environment. Clay's reliability, message discipline, and the capacity to run complicated projects with excellence help clients win, govern, and communicate with confidence.

He holds three undergraduate degrees from Arizona State University and a Master of Global Management with a focus on Public Policy from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
